Deep within the untouched countryside lies a hidden sanctuary—Hahae’s Gareja, or Hahae’s Lonely Seclusion. It cannot be found on any map. It rests quietly in the space between time and the breath of the earth.
Overlooking Hahae’s Gareja stands a cluster of sacred trees, centuries old, whispering their prayers into the wind. Beneath their canopy lies a forgotten shrine, still pulsing with spiritual presence. From her secluded sanctuary, one can glimpse the silhouette of the region’s dominant monastery, rising in the distance.
At the very entrance to Hahae’s Gareja begins a secret path—known only to a few—that leads directly to a 6th-century monastery, where echoes of ancient chants still linger. Deeper into the hills, another trail connects the sanctuary to a hidden 13th-century church.
It is in this sanctified silence that Hahae creates.
Before she begins her work, she enters a period of sacred abstinence—abstaining from touch, conversation, and worldly distraction. She bathes repeatedly in pure mountain water that flows through the monastery’s ancient stones. Then, drawing upon the rare gifts she was born with, Hahae crafts nourishment: sacred foods and healing drinks.
She forages natural, organic ingredients from the land, untouched by modern tools. Every element is blessed with intention, every creation woven with reverence. What she makes is more than product—it is a ritual. It is a return to something ancient, sacred, and deeply human.
Before she came to the United States, Hahae’s path took an unexpected and mysterious turn. One rainy day, she encountered a mysterious priest who, without words, led her into the mountains to a hidden convent where she would live among nuns for a time.
There, beneath the silence and stars, her days were shaped by simplicity, devotion, and craft. Most importantly, a nun taught her the power of natural soap.
Not the kind you find on store shelves—masked with perfumes and artificial colors—but pure, natural soap made solely from the earth’s gifts. Soap that carries no fragrance, but instead the energy of care and intention.
Hahae’s Gareja is not a brand. It is a sacred offering.
